Tour Policies

Summit Private Transport offers pickup and drop-off services at most Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, and South Okanagan hotels, Airbnb properties, and private residences. If you are located outside of our primary service area, you may be asked to meet at a central pickup location or an additional travel fee may apply.

As a courtesy to all guests, passengers must be ready 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Final pickup details will be confirmed via text message or email the day prior to your booking.

Half-day tour pickups and drop-offs must be located within the same city as your selected tour (excluding the Greater Kelowna area). If a booking is made outside of the applicable service area, it may be adjusted to a comparable tour within your pickup location. Pickups from Bear Creek Provincial Park are subject to approval.

All tours are considered private unless otherwise specified.

For Vernon and Sparkling Hill guests, please ensure you book the appropriate Lake Country tour to guarantee pickup and drop-off. Pickup availability in these areas is limited and must be approved in advance. Alternate meeting locations may be required, and additional travel fees may apply.

Pickups at La Casa Resort and locations along Westside Road, Eastside Road, and Tronson Road are subject to approval and may require a minimum group size. Additional charges may apply for these locations.

All tours require a minimum of 4 guests to operate. If this minimum is not met, Summit Private Transport reserves the right to move your booking to a similar available tour.

TASTING FEES

Tasting fees are included based on the package selected, unless otherwise noted. Additional tastings, premium pours, food pairings, or upgraded experiences offered by wineries, breweries, or distilleries may incur additional charges.

MEALS

Full-day tours may include a scheduled lunch stop showcasing the region’s culinary offerings. Meal costs are not included and will be paid directly to the restaurant. While we aim to accommodate preferred locations, restaurant selections are based on availability and group size. Complimentary bottled water may be provided.
