1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or using Summit Private Transport services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.


2. Services

Summit Private Transport provides private charter transportation services including, but not limited to:

  • Wine tours

  • Airport transfers

  • Ski shuttles

  • Weddings

  • Bachelor and bachelorette parties

  • Golf transportation

  • Private group transportation

  • Special events

All services are subject to availability, weather, road conditions, and operational limitations.


3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Summit Private Transport.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the beginning of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Summit Private Transport reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid bookings.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.


5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, vehicles, staff, and other passengers.

The following are prohibited:

  • Illegal drug use

  • Smoking or vaping where prohibited

  • Excessive disorderly behavior

  • Damage to the vehicle

  • Open alcohol containers where prohibited by law

Summit Private Transport reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or excessively disruptive.


6. Damage & Cleaning Fees

Clients are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or repair costs caused by passengers during the booking.

Additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged to the client after inspection of the vehicle.


7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Summit Private Transport is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Mechanical issues

  • Third-party delays

  • Unforeseen events outside our control

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain schedules and communicate delays when possible.


8. Safety

Drivers reserve the right to refuse unsafe requests or activities that violate transportation laws, safety regulations, or company policies.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

Seat belts must be worn where required by law.


9. Liability

Summit Private Transport is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

  • Missed reservations or appointments due to delays outside our control

  • Injuries resulting from passenger negligence or failure to follow instructions

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.


10. Right to Refuse Service

Summit Private Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or group for safety, legal, operational, or behavioral reasons.
