- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Summit Private Transport reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unsafe weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, clients may receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
