Frequently asked questions

Can we stop for groceries and liquor before heading to Big White?

Yes. We can make a convenient stop at the shopping centre near Kelowna International Airport so you can pick up groceries, beverages, and other essentials before continuing your private transfer to Big White. It’s an easy way to stock up before heading up the mountain.

Do you provide ski shuttles from Kelowna to Big White?

Yes. We offer private transportation from Kelowna to Big White Ski Resort. Travel comfortably with your group without having to coordinate with a crowded public shuttle.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the busy summer season and on weekends. While we may have last-minute availability, many wine tours, airport transfers, weddings, and private charters book up weeks in advance.

How many people can your vehicle accommodate?

Our luxury Ford Transit comfortably accommodates groups up to 14 guests, making it perfect for wine tours, airport transfers, weddings, golf outings, and private charters.

Are wine tasting fees included?

Yes! All wine tasting fees are included in the tour price unless otherwise stated. Simply arrive and enjoy the experience, we take care of the rest.

Do you offer private group transportation in Kelowna?

Yes. We provide private group transportation throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan. Whether you're heading to the airport, Revelstoke, a winery, or an event, we'll get your group there comfortably and safely.
