How many passengers can you accommodate?
We can comfortably transport up to 14 passengers.

Do you only service Kelowna?
No. We provide service throughout Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Big White, and surrounding Okanagan areas.

Winery Tours

Do you offer private winery tours?
Yes. We offer private winery transportation for groups looking to enjoy a fun, safe, and stress-free day in wine country.

Can we choose which wineries we visit?
Yes. You can build your own itinerary or we can help recommend wineries based on your group, schedule, and preferred experience with what wineries are available for your suggested date.

Are wine tasting fees included?
Yes, all wine tasting fees are included.

Do you offer transportation for bachelorette wine tours?
Yes. Bachelorette wine tours are one of our most popular bookings. Our private shuttle lets your whole group travel together, play music, and enjoy the day without worrying about driving. We can also decorate the shuttle to your liking.

Golf Transportation

Do you offer golf course transportation?
Yes. We provide private golf transportation for locals and visitors heading to courses throughout the Okanagan.

Can you transport golf bags and clubs?
Yes. We can transport up to 14 passengers along with golf bags and equipment.

Do you offer round-trip golf transportation?
Yes. We offer both one-way and round-trip golf transportation.

Private Charters

What is a private charter?
A private charter is a custom transportation service booked just for your group. This can include weddings, events, dinners, concerts, corporate outings, or any custom route you need.

Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. Multiple stops can be arranged in advance as part of your booking.

Do you offer one-way trips?
Yes. We offer one-way private transportation for airport trips, dinners, events, winery drop-offs, golf trips, and more.

Do you offer round-trip service?
Yes. Round-trip transportation is available and is a great option for groups that want a scheduled ride there and back.

Pickup Locations

Where do you pick up from?
We offer pickup from hotels, Airbnbs, private residences, event venues, golf courses, wineries, restaurants, and Kelowna International Airport.

Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes. Airport pickups and drop-offs are available for private groups.

Can pickup and drop-off locations be different?
Yes. Just let us know your full itinerary when booking.

Safety

Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Our drivers are fully licensed and insured for passenger transportation.

Are your vehicles maintained and inspected?
Yes. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure a safe and reliable experience.

Can we book transportation in winter conditions?
Yes. We operate year-round and are experienced with Okanagan winter driving, including mountain and ski area routes.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking receive a 100% full refund

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking receive no refund

Onboard Experience

Can we play our own music?
Yes. You’re welcome to play your own music and enjoy the ride with your group.

Can we bring drinks or snacks?
Yes, non alcohol drinks and snacks are welcome as long as everyone is respectful and the vehicle is left in good condition.

Can our whole group ride together?
